By downloading, installing, or using Mother Moon (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mother Moon is an astrology application that provides personalized horoscopes, birth chart analysis, compatibility readings, and an AI-powered voice guide ("Cosmic Guide"). The App generates astrological content based on your birth details and current planetary transits.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Moon Pro: An optional auto-renewable monthly subscription that provides enhanced daily astrology content.
• Premium Reports: One-time in-app purchases for detailed astrological reports.
• Billing: All purchases are processed through your Apple ID. Subscription fees are charged monthly to your payment method on file.
• Auto-Renewal: Moon Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

5. Content and Disclaimers

Astrological content provided by Mother Moon is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or other matters. We make no claims about the predictive accuracy of astrological readings.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the social features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Mother Moon and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mother Moon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
